- 2 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts (sliced horizontally to make 4 fillets)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano or parsley leaves (to garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
- Slice the chicken breasts into four even fillets. Pound each fillet to an even thickness using a meat tenderizer.
