  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano or parsley leaves (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts into four even fillets. Pound each fillet to an even thickness using a meat tenderizer.
