  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 34 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Chopped coriander for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
  4. Add ground meat and brown well.
