- ½ cup packed light brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; don’t overmix.
- Divide batter among muffin cups about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
