  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Granulated sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Quick oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by wrapping it in tin foil and greasing it.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the crust; press into the pan.
  4. Sauté sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  5. Blend cream cheese, sugars, cinnamon, cornstarch, vanilla extract, sour cream, and eggs until smooth; pour over crust.
  6. Layer sautéed apples on top and sprinkle with oatmeal crumble mixture.
  7. Bake in a water bath for about 60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
