Instructions

  4. Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; brown for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Pour the balsamic sauce over the chicken, then add the tomato mixture on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 18-23 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
