Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients and buttermilk into the creamed mixture. Fold in mashed bananas.
