Banana Split Fluff Salad is a delightful twist on the classic dessert, bringing together the beloved flavors of a traditional banana split in a fluffy and creamy salad.

- 1 package (3.4 oz) quick-set banana pudding mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 heaping cup small marshmallows
- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts (plus extra for garnish)
- ¼ cup tiny chocolate bits (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 fresh bananas (sliced)
- 20 ounces maraschino cherries (halved and dried)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the banana pudding mix with the undrained crushed pineapple until thickened.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well blended.
- Add in the marshmallows, most of the walnuts, most of the chocolate bits, banana slices, and halved cherries; mix gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle with reserved walnuts and chocolate bits.
