Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture onto both sides of each salmon fillet.
