- 3–4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the steak by trimming fat and slicing it thinly against the grain.
