  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef stock

Instructions

  1. Cut beef chuck into 2-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; brown the beef on all sides.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; caramelize chopped onions before adding minced garlic.
