  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips (divided)
  • Oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and blend gently until just combined.
  5. Prepare an 8" x 4" loaf pan by spraying it with oil. Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
