- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter spread
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
- 6–8 Biscoff cookies (for topping)
Instructions

- Melt the unsalted butter and allow it to cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Biscoff spread, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; whisk until smooth.

- Gradually add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; fold in white chocolate chips until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and top with broken pieces of Biscoff cookies.
