Ingredients
- 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 10 ounces marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
- 7 Biscoff Cookies
Instructions
- Grease an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan and a large mixing bowl.
- Pour Rice Krispies into the bowl, breaking 6 Biscoff Cookies into small pieces and mixing in.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt salted butter and Biscoff Cookie Butter together.
- Stir in marshmallows until about 75% melted; then remove from heat and stir until fully melted.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and mix until well-coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, adding remaining crushed cookies on top.
