  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach over medium heat until wilted (2–3 minutes). Drain excess liquid.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked spinach with cream cheese, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Create pockets in each salmon fillet by slicing horizontally.
  4. Generously stuff each pocket with the spinach mixture.
  5. Season the tops of the stuffed fillets with paprika and other spices.
  6. Sear in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until blackened.
  7. Transfer to a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
