  • 12 whole pecan halves (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar. Stir in chopped pecans.
  3. In another bowl, mix beaten egg, buttermilk, and melted butter until well combined.
