  • 8 frozen Texas rolls (thawed)
  • 4 sticks mozzarella cheese (cut into 16 pieces)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Thaw the Texas rolls in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut mozzarella sticks into approximately 1-inch pieces.
  4. Flatten each dough ball into a round disk using your hands.
  5. Place two pieces of cheese in the center of each flattened dough.
