  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Sauté the onion and carrots until tender.
