  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chopped) for ganache
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream for ganache

Instructions

  1. Prepare baking cups or mini springform pans.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into cups and chill.
  3. Melt chocolate; let cool slightly.
  4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in heavy cream to thicken.
  5. Add melted chocolate to two-thirds of the mixture; spread over crust and chill.
  6. Mix reserved filling with peanut butter; layer over chocolate filling.
  7. Prepare ganache by melting additional chocolate with heavy cream; drizzle over cheesecakes.
