Description

Churro Cheesecake Bars are the ultimate dessert fusion, combining the creamy richness of cheesecake with the crispy, cinnamon-sugar goodness of churros. Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for topping)
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Grease a 9×13" baking pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the bottom.
  5. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough over waxed paper, pressing seams together, then place in the pan.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough evenly.
  7. Roll out the second can of dough similarly and place it on top of the filling.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar over the top and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
