Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup sugar (for topping)
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Grease a 9×13" baking pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough over waxed paper, pressing seams together, then place in the pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough evenly.
- Roll out the second can of dough similarly and place it on top of the filling.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar over the top and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
