  • 2 cups powdered sugar for icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter; mix into dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. For the cinnamon swirl: mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  5. Layer half the cake batter in the prepared pan followed by half the swirl mixture; repeat layers.
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar with milk and vanilla for icing; drizzle over the cooled cake.
