  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 ounces ground pork sausage
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 package (12-count) King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • Cowboy butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Split the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in the baking dish.
  3. Pour about 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter over the bottom halves.
  4. Layer on scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls back on and brush with another 2 tablespoons of cowboy butter.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
