  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • 12-count package Hawaiian rolls
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, chopped bacon, and shredded cheese until well blended.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves.
  4. Place the top halves back on top of the filling. Mix melted butter with garlic powder or ranch powder and brush over the tops of the rolls.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into individual sliders.
