Ingredients
- 8 ounces Whole Wheat Penne (or gluten-free)
- 6.7 ounces Tuna in Olive Oil (drained)
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2–3 Celery Stalks (chopped)
- 1 Cup Frozen Green Peas (thawed)
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat penne according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
