Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
Instructions
- Season cleaned shrimp with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning.
- Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
