Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach

Instructions
