  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth; simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until smooth.
  5. Return chicken and rigatoni to the skillet; toss to coat in the sauce.
