- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 lb twisted pasta (fusilli or penne)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4–5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken cubes, season with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in remaining butter until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir well.
- Bring to a simmer and gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet; toss well to coat everything in sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
