Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a comforting and indulgent meal perfect for any occasion. This easy-to-make dish features tender chicken pieces and twisted pasta enveloped in a rich garlic-Parmesan cream sauce, delivering restaurant-quality flavors right at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 lb twisted pasta (fusilli or penne)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 45 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken cubes, season with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in remaining butter until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir well.
  4. Bring to a simmer and gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  5. Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet; toss well to coat everything in sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
