  • 5 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  3. In an oven-proof skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook briefly before whisking in flour. Gradually add chicken broth and cream, stirring until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Return the seared chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
