  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet with a tablespoon of bacon grease, cook the chicken breast for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let rest and slice.
  3. Combine ranch seasoning with water in a bowl and drizzle over sliced chicken.
  4. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together; spread on the tortilla.
  5. Layer ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion on the tortilla.
  6. Fold sides in and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  7. Cook seam-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
