  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream (or heavy cream)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (or oregano)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  3. Return the crispy chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece. Let simmer for about 1 minute before serving hot with your preferred sides.
