  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Instructions

  2. Add shredded chicken, cream cheese cubes, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1½ cups cheddar cheese to the crockpot. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2½ to 3 hours.
  4. Thirty minutes before serving, add the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top without stirring.
  5. Once done, serve warm topped with optional blue cheese and scallions.
