Instructions

  1. Rinse all produce under cold water. Chop the Roma tomatoes and cucumber, slice the red onion, and dice the avocados.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; gently toss to combine.
  4. Just before serving, season with sea salt and black pepper. Toss lightly again.
