- 1 English cucumber

- 2 avocados (diced)

- Seasoning: sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse all produce under cold water. Chop the Roma tomatoes and cucumber, slice the red onion, and dice the avocados.
- In a large salad bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
