- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by cutting off stems and halving them. Hollow out a small section in each half using a melon baller.
- In one bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and optional lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until combined.
- Fill each strawberry half with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
