  • 1824 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by cutting off stems and halving them. Hollow out a small section in each half using a melon baller.
  2. In one bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and optional lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until combined.
  4. Fill each strawberry half with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
