- 1½ cups quick oats
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks), melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for filling)
- 1 cup Easter pastel M&M's
- Optional: Easter sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
- Reserve 1½ cups crumble mixture; press remaining mixture into prepared pan to create the crust.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter until smooth. Pour over the crust.
- Sprinkle reserved crumble over the fudge filling and gently press in M&M's and optional sprinkles.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away from the pan. Cool before cutting into bars.
