  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ inch ginger
  • Optional: 1 tbsp gochujang for spice

Instructions

  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover and let sit for at least 15 minutes (or overnight for enhanced flavor).
  3. Cook the Chicken: Air Fryer: Preheat to 380°F (190°C) and cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked through. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high; grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side. Skillet: Heat a little oil over medium heat and cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until browned.
