  • 1 kg fresh Roma tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 240 ml heavy cream, fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
