- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 2 cups bread cubes (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Layer cooked sausage and any optional ingredients in the baking dish; pour the egg mixture over top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
