  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In the same pan, lower the heat and melt butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Return cooked chicken to the pan to coat in the sauce.
  4. In another pan, melt additional butter over medium heat and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer gently. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
