  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak (or ribeye/strip steak)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 45 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Let the steak rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cut into 1" cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak cubes in batches for about 2 minutes on each side until they reach medium doneness. Remove cooked steak and set aside.
  3. Lower the heat to medium-low, add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce, and serve immediately garnished with parsley.
