  • 450 grams ground chicken
  • 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 grams breadcrumbs
  • 15 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 60 milliliters whole milk
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add milk and mix until uniform.
  4. Shape the mixture into mini loaves and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with mozzarella if desired.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 74°C).
