Ingredients
- 12 ounces brown rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4–1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons veggie broth
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Boil the brown rice noodles in a large pot according to package instructions until al dente.
- Mince the garlic finely and sauté it in a skillet with neutral oil over medium heat until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, veggie broth, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, tahini, sriracha, and ground ginger until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with garlic and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
