  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine noodles
  • 4 green onions (sliced)

Instructions

  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

  4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water; stir into beef mixture and simmer until thickened (2–3 minutes).
  5. Toss cooked noodles with the beef mixture until well-coated; let sit for an additional 2–3 minutes to absorb flavors.
