  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup half-and-half
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • white pepper
  • nutmeg
  • dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a tart pan on a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out your pie dough and fit it into the tart pan.
  3. Sprinkle Gruyere cheese on the bottom of the crust; layer with ham and arugula.
