Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 cooked chicken breasts (chopped)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (divided)
- 3 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
- 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pineapple tidbits
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and place pizza stone inside if using.
- In a bowl, mix chopped chicken with ¼ cup barbecue sauce. Set aside.
- Roll out pizza dough into a 12 to 14-inch circle and spread remaining barbecue sauce over it.
- Layer with 1 cup mozzarella cheese, chicken mixture, bacon, pineapple tidbits, and red onion. Top with remaining cheese and black pepper.
