Ingredients
- 24 oz salmon
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 serving of Barilla protein+ pasta
Instructions
- Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Cut salmon into four portions.
- In a bowl, mix the milk and cornstarch until smooth.
- Add butter to the heated pan; sauté garlic briefly.
- Add salmon to the pan and cook until flaky. Remove and set aside.
- Pour the milk mixture into the pan; stir until thickened.
