  • 45 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  3. Gradually add more flour until the dough pulls away from the bowl and is smooth.

  6. Preheat oven to 350°F. Divide dough into two portions, shape into logs, and place in greased loaf pans.
  7. Let rise again until above the pans (45 minutes to an hour), then bake for 30-33 minutes until golden brown.
