  • 5 egg roll wrappers
  • 1/3 cup chopped mini pepperoni (or regular sized)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F.
  2. Cut each egg roll wrapper into 4 squares.
  3. Chop mozzarella into smaller pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix chopped pepperoni, pizza sauce, and mozzarella until combined.
  5. Place heaping teaspoonfuls of filling on the left side/center of each wrapper, leaving space above and below.
  6. Wet edges with water and roll tightly to seal.
  7. Fry rolls in heated oil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve with pizza sauce.
