Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture alternating with milk until combined.
