  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets
  • 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 23 Tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and sauté until bright green and slightly browned (about 5-6 minutes). Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Pour this sauce over the cooked chicken and let it thicken while stirring frequently.
  4. Return the broccoli to the skillet and mix until evenly coated with the sauce. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
