- 1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
- 12 oz Broccoli Florets
- 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2–3 Tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and sauté until bright green and slightly browned (about 5-6 minutes). Transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Pour this sauce over the cooked chicken and let it thicken while stirring frequently.
- Return the broccoli to the skillet and mix until evenly coated with the sauce. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
