- 1–1/2 to 2 pounds chicken tenders
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (divided)
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup honey
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
